Packdoor's fee includes card processing. GST/HST on the fee is included in the buyer's price where it applies, and is shown for the province you pick.

Other platforms are shown before any tax on their fees. Eventbrite includes its 2.9% card processing; Ticket Tailor includes Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 per order (one ticket per order). Larger orders cost a little less per ticket on Stripe's fixed part.

Start has a one-time card setup fee that is not in this table. Plan prices are for one month. The calculator is an estimate, not an invoice; the order's own receipt is the final word.

Questions

Which Packdoor plan should I pick?

Start has no monthly fee and suits a few events a year. Grow and Pro cost a monthly price and take a lower fee per ticket; the calculator picks the best one for the numbers you enter.

Does the buyer pay the fee or do I?

You choose per event. By default the buyer pays it, on top of the ticket price. If you choose to pay it, the buyer sees only your ticket price.

Is the competitor information current?

It was read from each company's own pricing page on October 29, 2026. Fees change, so check their page before you decide.
