About Packdoor
Packdoor gives every event organizer their own branded ticket website and back office, on their own domain, on one shared system built for Canada.
What we build
Your site, your checkout, your door and your back office in one place: all-in prices with Canadian sales tax, English and French throughout, Interac e-Transfer with no Packdoor fee, and a door scanner that works offline.
We promise only what is built. What is coming next is not sold as if it were here.
Who runs Packdoor
Packdoor is operated by The Desi Troop Holdings Ltd., 1212 Meadowlands Drive East, Ottawa, Ontario K1V 1A1.
Questions about privacy go to our privacy officer, Rahul, founder of Packdoor, at privacy@packdoor.ca.
How we work with organizers
- Your buyers buy on your site, under your name.
- Fees are shown as real dollars before you sign up, and buyers see one all-in price.
- Your data is stored in Canada, and you can download it whenever you want.
- We reply within one business day.
