When your card money arrives
Card money is held for a few days after each event, and then moves to Stripe's normal payout schedule once your events have gone smoothly.
The rule
- Card money is held until 3 days after each event.
- After 3 events without trouble, payouts move to Stripe's normal schedule.
- Trouble means refunds above 10% of a date's card money, or an open or lost dispute.
- Packdoor staff can hold or release payouts with a written reason, which is kept in the audit log.

- Settings, Card payments, "When your money arrives" says which rule applies to you.
- Finance, Payouts lists the payouts.
Good to know
- e-Transfer, cash and complimentary tickets are not in payouts: you receive that money yourself.
- If you connect your own existing Stripe account, it pays out on its own schedule.
