Sell tables and bottle service
Add table types to an event, take deposits online and run the night from the host list.
Steps
- On the event page, find "Tables & bottle service" and choose "Add a table type".
- Set its name, section, how many tables, guests included and the most guests, then the deposit (a fixed amount or a percentage), the minimum spend, visibility and sale window.
- On the night, open the "Host list": see bookings, "Seat at" a table and mark "Party arrived". You can export the list as a CSV file or book by phone.
Good to know
- Only the deposit is paid online. The minimum spend is paid at the venue, not online, and venue money does not go through Packdoor.
- Set the deposit refund window in hours; 0 means refundable until the event starts.
- A table type that has been booked cannot be deleted: switch it off instead.
