Memberships and points
A membership gives buyers a ticket discount, early access and free tickets. Points reward spending and are off until you turn them on.
Membership plans
- Open Marketing, then Memberships, then the Plans tab, and choose "New plan".
- Set the plan name, the term (3, 6 or 12 months), the ticket discount in percent, early access in hours, and free tickets per term.
- Choose the product it is sold as, turn "On sale" on and save.
- To keep a ticket type for members, switch on "Members only" for it.
Points
- On the Points tab set points earned per dollar, points that equal $1 off, and the optional caps per order.
- Review and confirm: nothing is saved until you confirm.
Good to know
- Memberships are on Grow and Pro.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be bought or transferred, and do not expire. They accrue only once you turn the program on.
- On the Members tab you can adjust points (with a reason kept in the audit log) or end a membership.
