Sell on Eventbrite too
From an event's page you reserve tickets for Eventbrite. Both sides draw from the same stock, and Eventbrite tickets scan at your door.
Steps
- On the event page, open the Promote tab and find the "Sell on Eventbrite" card.
- Connect your Eventbrite account with a private token.
- Enter how many tickets of each type to offer, choose "Preview", then "Publish".
- To change it later, save new numbers or "Release unsold tickets" back to your own site.
Good to know
- It needs the Grow or Pro plan. Owners, admins and that event's managers can change it.
- Tickets are set aside straight away, so you never sell more than the capacity.
- Eventbrite charges its own fees and pays you directly. Packdoor adds no fee on those sales and they are not in Packdoor payouts.
- Eventbrite orders and barcodes appear in your orders list and the door scanner.
