Sell gift cards

Steps

1. Make sure card payments are set up (Settings, Card payments).
2. Open Settings, find "Selling gift cards on your sites" and turn on "Sell gift cards on my sites".
3. Open the Gift cards tab under Finance to see each card's balance and what has been spent.

Good to know

• Only owners, admins and finance can manage gift cards.
• A gift card never expires.
• Refunding a gift card returns the money to the buyer's card and cancels the gift card at once, so it cannot be spent. This cannot be undone.
• You cannot close an event while sold gift cards still hold a balance.
