Reports and downloads

Reports shows what sold, who is coming and how sales are pacing. Most pages have a CSV download for your own spreadsheet.

Where things are

  • Reports has the tabs Sales, Door lists, Pacing and Trends, each with a download button.
  • Analytics compares cities, venues and months.
  • Finance has the profit and loss for an event, with its own download.
  • Promoters has "Sales by promoter" and "Commission and payouts".
  • Orders and attendees can be downloaded from the orders pages.

Download everything

  1. Open Settings and choose "Download everything".
  2. You get one ZIP file of CSV files. This is limited to 5 downloads an hour and is recorded in the audit log.

Good to know

  • The orders download is limited to the newest orders; the page says how many.
  • Door lists show names only: no emails or prices.
