For venues
List your venue. Organizers come to you.
Organizers who sell their tickets on Packdoor look for rooms in the venue finder. List yours and they can see when you are free, what a night costs, and ask you for a date.
- Free for venues. Packdoor takes nothing from your bookings.
- You answer each request: accept, decline or write back. The deposit is paid to you directly.
- Keep your calendar by hand or link the calendar you already use (iCal).
- Packdoor checks every new venue before it appears to organizers.
You sign in with your email first; no password needed.
The venue agreement
This agreement is between the venue you sign up (the venue) and The Desi Troop Holdings Ltd. ("Packdoor", "we") for listing the venue in Packdoor's venue finder. You accept it for the venue when you sign up.
1. The listing
- Packdoor shows event organizers who use Packdoor the venue's name, address, spaces, capacities, prices you choose to show, amenities, rules and free dates. Nothing is shown before Packdoor has checked the venue and the venue is published.
- You confirm that you may act for the venue and that what you enter is true. Keep it up to date, in particular your calendar: a night shown as free should be free.
- You can hide the venue from its console at any time. Packdoor may pause a listing that is wrong, misleading or unsafe, and says why.
2. Requests and bookings
- Organizers send requests through Packdoor; you accept, decline or write back. An accepted request holds the night for the organizer for the time you set.
- The deposit and any rent are paid by the organizer to the venue directly. Packdoor takes no fee from venues and does not hold their money.
- The booking itself is between the venue and the organizer: your own contract, rules and insurance apply. Packdoor is not a party to it.
3. Information
Packdoor handles the venue's information and the personal information of its contacts as its Privacy policy says (packdoor.ca/privacy). You may use an organizer's contact details only for their request. Questions: info@packdoor.ca. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. It is available in English and in French; both versions are equally valid.
