Who it's for
Ticketing for concerts and live music
A ticket site that looks like your act or venue, with the price buyers see already including Canadian tax and the fee.
Who uses it
- Independent artists and bands selling their own shows
- Small venues and promoters running a calendar
- Tour organizers selling dates in several provinces
- Series and residencies
How it fits
- One branded site for every date, with a page per city if you tour.
- Merch bundles and extras sell next to the ticket as add-ons.
- Cancel or move a date and refund every order from one screen.
What you get, built today
Every line here works today. The full list by plan is on the pricing page.
- Your branded ticket site, on yourname.packdoor.ca or your own domain
- All-in prices with GST/HST, QST or PST worked out by province
- Door scanner on any phone, with guest list and re-entry; keeps scanning offline
- Add-ons, bundles and tables
- Refunds, cancelled or moved dates, and a page where buyers get their tickets
- A waitlist when a date sells out
Good to know
There is no seat-by-seat map for assigned seating: you sell by ticket type (general admission, VIP, tables). Large-arena integrations are not part of Packdoor.
Other kinds of events
Packdoor is for any organizer in Canada who sells tickets, not one scene.
