Get paid by card

Steps

1. In Settings, add your business details: legal name, address and contact.
2. Open "Card payments" and choose "Connect Stripe". Stripe asks for your identity, your business and a bank account (about 10 minutes).
3. Packdoor staff review your organization; we email you when card payments are on.
4. Settings then says "Cards are on", and buyers can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

When the money arrives

• For your first 3 events, each event's card money is paid out 3 days after the event ends.
• After 3 events without trouble, payouts follow Stripe's normal schedule.
• Finance shows what is held, what is paid out and when.
• Stripe's card fee is paid by Packdoor, out of its own fee.
