Ticket types and prices

Steps

1. On the event's page, choose "Add a ticket type".
2. Enter the name, your price and how many there are. The line under it shows what buyers pay all in and what you receive.
3. Optional: a booking fee of your own, a minimum and maximum per order, how many people one ticket admits, and a description.
4. For tiers that open one after another, use "Opens when another ticket type runs low".
5. To hide a ticket type behind a code, choose who can buy it: only people with the code.

Fees and sales tax per event

• Under "Fees and sales tax" you choose who pays Packdoor's fee: buyers, in the all-in price (the default), or you, so buyers see a lower price.
• Tick "The prices I enter include sales tax" when your prices already have your tax in them.
• Holds keep tickets aside for guests or partners, out of what buyers can buy.
