Run the door

Steps

1. In the console choose "Open door scanner" on the phone you will use, or invite door staff: they land straight on the scanner.
2. Pick the date, and let the scanner download the ticket list while you still have a signal.
3. Scan each ticket's code. Green lets them in; each ticket gets in once, across every phone.
4. No code? Search by name. Guest list names, walk-ins and door sales are on the scanner too.

Good to know

• Offline, scans wait on the phone and are sent when the signal returns.
• Re-entry is off by default; turn it on per event, with a limit if you want one.
• A check-in made by mistake can be undone. A lost phone can be turned off in "Door phones".
• Promoters can fill their own guest list by a private link, until the cut-off you set.
