Plans and billing

The plan sets your Packdoor fee per ticket. Start costs nothing a month; Grow and Pro lower the fee.

Steps

  1. In Settings, open "Plan". It shows each plan's fee and what it means on a $25.00 ticket.
  2. Choose "Choose Grow" or "Choose Pro" and pay by card through Stripe. The new fee applies to checkouts started after that.
  3. "Billing and invoices" opens Stripe's page for your card, your invoices and cancelling.

Good to know

  • Start 7% + $0.99, Grow 5% + $0.79, Pro 3.9% + $0.49 per paid ticket.
  • Pro is done for you: Packdoor staff build your site and brand, and bring in your past events.
  • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you paid for; then you are back on Start.
  • A checkout already started keeps the price it showed.
